Preparation steps

In a bowl, mix the parsley, dill oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp, toss to coat and let stand 30 minutes.

Heat the grill to medium and lightly oil the grates. Thread one shrimp on each skewer lengthwise and grill, turning the skewer midway until the shrimp are cooked through, 3 - 4 minutes.
