1 lemon (juiced)
2 Tbsps fresh chopped Fresh herbs (such as Rosemary and Thyme)

Preparation steps

Rinse and devein the shrimp, then place in a bowl. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Mix the garlic with the olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the marinade to the shrimp and mix well. Cover, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove the shrimp from the marinade and place on a hot grill. Turn occasionally, cooking 7-9 minutes total. Serve with a sauce like an aioli and a fresh baguette.
