- 12 large shrimp (with heads)
- 2 garlic cloves
- juice of 1 lemons
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the garlic and chop finely. Make a marinade by mixing the oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Season with lemon juice.
2.
Rinse the shrimp, pat dry and brush with marinade. Stick shrimp of skewers, 3 shrimp per skewer. Broil or grill for 8 minutes, while turning and watching carefully. Brush with more marinade, if needed. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice before serving.
