4 Sea bream (ready to cook in serving size)
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers
2 garlic cloves
4 sprigs parsley
2 Tbsps olive oil
500 grams cooked potatoes
3 Tbsps butter
1 sprig rosemary
400 grams Broccoli
4 lemons (for serving)

Preparation steps

Rinse sea bream and pat dry. Season inside with salt and pepper. Rinse parsley and shake dry. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Stuff fish with garlic and thyme and place into a fish grill grid. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on a hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a nonstick pan and cook potatoes for about 10 minutes on low heat until golden brown. During the last few minutes, sprinkle with rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse broccoli and blanch in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes until al dente. Drain. Heat butter in a pan and saute broccoli briefly, season with salt.

Arrange bream with vegetables on plates and serve with lemon halves.
