16 Cherry tomatoes
5 sprigs thyme
2 fresh garlic cloves
12 slices Baguette

Preparation steps

Rinse rosemary and shake dry. Rinse lemons in hot water and wipe dry. Slice. Rinse sea bream and pat dry. Season inside with salt and pepper, fill with lemon slices and rosemary and sprinkle with a little oil. Season outside with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Place each fish onto a piece of aluminum foil. Top with remaining lemon slices and rosemary and fold foil tightly. Grill on a hot grill, turning occasionally, for about 20 minutes.

Rinse and dry tomatoes, thread on skewers. Rinse thyme, shake dry, pluck off leaves and combine with 2-3 tablespoons of oil, season with salt and pepper and coat tomatoes with the mixture.
