- 8 sprigs rosemary
- 2 fresh lemons
- 4 Sea bream (each about 300 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 16 Cherry tomatoes
- 5 sprigs thyme
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 12 slices Baguette
Preparation steps
Rinse rosemary and shake dry. Rinse lemons in hot water and wipe dry. Slice. Rinse sea bream and pat dry. Season inside with salt and pepper, fill with lemon slices and rosemary and sprinkle with a little oil. Season outside with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Place each fish onto a piece of aluminum foil. Top with remaining lemon slices and rosemary and fold foil tightly. Grill on a hot grill, turning occasionally, for about 20 minutes.
Rinse and dry tomatoes, thread on skewers. Rinse thyme, shake dry, pluck off leaves and combine with 2-3 tablespoons of oil, season with salt and pepper and coat tomatoes with the mixture. Grill on the grill for 6-8 minutes. Slice garlic in half horizontally. Brush baguette slices with oil and place on the grill. Grill garlic for about 10 minutes and baguette slices for 3-4 minutes.
Arrange everything on plates and serve.
