Preparation steps

To make marinade: Mix tomato paste, honey and soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Brush spare ribs with marinade, wrap in aluminum foil and marinate at least an hour in the refrigerator. Rinse zucchini, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Grill spare ribs on a hot grill, 30-40 minutes (depending on the thickness of pieces), occasionally turning and brushing with a little oil. Season zucchini with oregano, salt and pepper. Grill zucchini, occasionally turning and brushing with oil. Serve ribs with zucchini.
