- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Pork cutlets (ready for cooking, about 200 grams)

Preparation steps

Heat up the grill.

For the marinade, mix the herbs with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the pork chops, pat dry and place on the hot grill. Brush the pork chops regularly with the marinade and grill on each side for about 5 minutes.
