½ tsp Curry powder
2 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps light soy sauce
2 Tbsps lemon juice
3 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

Heat up the grill. Rinse the chops and pat dry.

Peel the garlic, cut in half, mix with the chile flakes, curry, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and oil and cover the flesh in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours. Then take out of the marinade, season with salt and pepper and cook on the grill on each side for about 4-5 minutes. In between, always brush with the marinade.
