2 thin Pork cutlets (each around 150 grams) (approximately 5 ounces)
1 tsp olive oil
1 ripe Pear (150 grams) (approximately 5 ounces)
100 grams Raspberries

Preparation steps

Rinse the pork and pat dry. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and sear the chops on both sides. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the pear, cut in half, remove the core with a melon baller and then grill, cut-side down, for about 2 minutes. Rinse the raspberries and gently pat dry.

Arrange the pork chops, pear halves and raspberries on serving plates. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnished with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
