2 rosemary
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps Light soy sauce
Zest of half a lemons
50 milliliters sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chops and pat dry.

2.

Strip rosemary needles from stems. Peel and halve garlic.

3.

Whisk honey with soy sauce, lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, and oil. Pour mixture over meat and marinate overnight, if possible. 

4.

Remove pork chops from marinade and season with salt and pepper. Grill 3-4 minutes per side, brushing repeatedly with the marinade.
