1 tsp grainy Mustard
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

1.

For the pork chops: Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge in the flour. Place the egg on a plate and whisk to break apart. Coat the pork chops in the egg mixture. Heat the butter in a skillet. Add the pork chops and cook until light golden.Remove and keep warm.

For the salad dressing: Peel and press the garlic into a bowl. Whisk in the mustard, oil, vinegar and sugar until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For the salad: Rinse the lettuce and spin dry.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut in half or slices.

For the pork chops: Preheat the grill and brush with oil. Cook the chops until well marked and warmed through.

For serving: Divide the salad between plates. Arrange the pork chops on top and drizzle with the salad dressing.
