Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F convection.

2.

Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and cut in half lengthwise. Place on an oiled baking sheet with the cut surfaces down, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with 2 tablespoons oil. Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

3.

Rinse the pork chops and pat dry. Mix 2-3 tablespoons oil with the paprika, curry powder, salt and pepper and baste over the meat. Grill on a preheated grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

4.

Rinse, trim and cut zucchini diagonally into slices. Mix with 2 tablespoons oil and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onions, cut into wedges and mix with 2 tablespoons oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook together with the zucchini slices on the grill for about 8 minutes, turning frequently.

5.

Arrange everything together on a large board or platter and serve.
