Preparation steps

1.

Drain the pineapple slices and brown slightly on both sides under a heated broiler or on a hot grill. Rinse mint and shake dry.

2.

Squeeze the juice from the lime and mix with the honey. Drizzle over the grilled pineapple slices.

3.

Arrange pineapple on plates. Rinse and drain blueberries and arrange them on top of the pineapple slices. Garnish with mint and serve.
