2 Tbsps Peanut oil
4 garlic cloves
1 chili pepper
1 Tbsp Curry

Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry chicken wings. Mix yogurt and oil until smooth. Peel and finely chop garlic. Rinse, pat dry and finely chop chile pepper. Add lemon juice, garlic and chile to yogurt mixture. Set aside some marinade for serving. Place wings in remaining marinade, cover and marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat grill. Grill wings until golden brown, about 15 minutes, turning halfway through and brushing with marinade.

Serve with reserved marinade for dipping.
