Grilled Green Asparagus
Asparagus has plenty of vitamins and minerals that positively contribute to our bodies. They also have fiber which is essential in digestive functions.
Serve with a protein such as chicken, steak, or tofu for a perfect lunch or dinner!
Rinse asparagus, peel bottom third, cut off woody ends and parboil stalks in boiling salted water with a pinch of sugar for 3 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
Heat up barbeque.
Barbeque asparagus while occasionally rotating for 3-5 minutes. To serve, arrange asparagus on plates, drizzle with butter and season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with a lemon wedge.
