- 2 vegetable oil
- grated pecorino romano

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the lower third of the green asparagus and trim the ends. Blanch in boiling salted water for 8 minutes or until al dente. Then lift out of the water and drain well. Brush the asparagus with oil and grill on a hot barbeque for 3 minutes.
2.
Transfer the asparagus to a serving plate, sprinkle with pecorino and serve.
