- 20 King prawn (ready to cook, deveined and peeled except for the tail fin)
- 4 Tomatoes
- 200 milliliters fish stock
- 150 milliliters Coconut milk
- 50 milliliters Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp cold butter
- salt
- peppers (ground)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- Curry powder
- 2 centiliters Pernod
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- olive oil
- 1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp freshly chopped cilantro

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the prawns and pat dry.

Blanch the tomatoes, peel, quarter, core and cut into small cubes.
3.
Bring the fish stock with the coconut milk and orange juice to boil in a saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir in cold butter and diced tomatoes and season to taste with salt, pepper, turmeric, curry and Pernod.
4.
Season prawns with garam masala, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs. Grill on the hot grill on each side for 2-3 minutes, dunk in the broth, let stand briefly and serve.
