1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and trim the corn. Cook the corn in a pot of boiling salted water with the sugar for 15 minutes.

Rinse and dry the cilantro. Remove the leaves and finely chop. Mix the cilantro, chili flakes, and curry powder into the butter. Season the butter with salt and lemon juice. 

3.

Drain the corn and place on a hot grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes on all sides, turning occasionally. Baste occasionally with the butter. Remove the corn from the grill, and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Serve the corn with the remaining butter on the side.
