1 small, red chile pepper (chopped)
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
5 tablespoons butter

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the corn in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain well. Brush the corn with 3 tablespoons of butter, then cook on the grill until golden brown.

Melt the remaining butter, then mix with the chili and the parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

3.

Arrange the corn on a plate, top with the chili butter, and serve.
