- 250 grams Rice
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano
- olive oil
- Sea salt
- Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps
1.
Cook rice according to package instructions.

Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and chop. Put chicken pieces on wooden skewers, brush with olive oil and season with sea salt and red pepper flakes. Broil skewers on a hot grill, turning frequently, for 6-8 minutes.

Rinse tomatoes, quarter, remove seeds and cut into thin strips.
4.
Distribute rice between four bowls, sprinkle with tomatoes and top with chicken skewers. Garnish with fresh oregano to serve.
