Grilled Skewers with Vegetables

- 250 grams Lamb fillet
- 1 Pork chop
- 2 thinly sliced Beef roulade
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp thyme (freshly chopped)
- 1 tsp rosemary (freshly chopped)
- 2 tsps black peppers
- 1 tsp Mustard
- juice of lemons
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 slices Bacon
- 8 mint
- 8 pickled Grape leaves
- 2 small Zucchini
- 4 small onions
- 1 red Bell pepper
Preparation steps
Press the garlic and mix with herbs, mustard, lemon juice and oil. Marinate with the lamb, pork and beef for about 2 hours.
Then, wipe off the extra marinade and save for later.
Roll the beef roulades with 2 strips of bacon and cut each into four equal slices.
Cut the lamb filet into 8 thick slices, put a mint leaf on each and wrap each with a grape leaf.
Cut the pork into 8 pieces.
Rinse, trim and cut the zucchini into 1 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) thick slices. Peel the onions and cut into quarters. Rinse the bell pepper, trim, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Thread on four metal skewers, alternating meat with vegetables. Brush with the marinade and place on the hot grill. Brush with the marinade often and season with a little salt. Serve.
