800 grams cooked Basmati rice
800 grams Chicken breasts
1 Tbsp pickled ginger
200 grams Corn kernel (kernels)
300 grams Broccoli
1 red paprika
juice of Limes
3 tsps honey
salt
peppers
4 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
3 Tbsps sesame oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into strips. Stick onto 8 wooden skewers and place in a baking dish.

2.

Mix 2 teaspoons honey, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil and to make a marinade. Pour over the chicken skewers. Cover and let marinate about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and finely chop.

Boil broccoli in salted water for about 4 minutes. Blanch, rinse and drain.

Drain corn kernels well.

6.

Coarsely chop the ginger.

7.

Mix lime juice, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix in ginger, corn, broccoli, peppers, and rice. Season with salt and pepper.

8.

Grill chicken skewers for about 6-8 minutes. Serve with the rice and vegetables.
