- For the chicken skewers
- 4 Chicken breasts
- For the marinade
- 2 Tbsps honey
- ½ tsp chopped rosemary
- 1 generous pinch Curry powder
- salt
- peppers
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- For the salad
- 1 lemon
- 100 grams thick white Beans (canned)
- 250 grams Grape tomato
- 50 grams black, pitted Olives
- 100 grams Leaf lettuce variety
- 100 grams Feta
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

- Lemon wedge (for garnish)
Preparation steps

For the chicken skewers cut each chicken breast lengthwise into 3 slices. For the marinade mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over the chicken breasts. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then put on wooden skewers and grill on the preheated grill for 3-5 minutes per side. For the salad, cut lemons in half and squeeze the juice into a bowl. Add the drained beans.

Rinse the grape tomatoes and cut into quarters. Cut olives in half. Rinse the lettuce, trim and shake dry. Cut the feta into small cubes. Mix everything with the lemon juice and stir in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the chicken skewers and salad on plates and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
