- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- Skewer
- mint (1 tablespoon, finely chopped)
- Basil (1 tablespoon, finely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Press garlic through a garlic press into a bowl and mix with oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and thread onto skewers.
3.
Brush chicken with garlic-flavored oil. Grill 6-8 minutes, brushing often. To serve, sprinkle with mint and basil.
