Grilled Chicken Skewers with Bell Peppers and Lemon
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove core and white ribs, and cut into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces.
Rinse lemon in hot water, wipe dry, cut into slices. Halve the lemon slices.
Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the wooden skewers, alternating between the chicken, bell peppers and lemon slices. Grill until cooked, about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
