- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 2 Star fruit
- fresh bay leaves
- sesame oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 10 Wooden skewers
Preparation steps
1.
Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes.

Rinse bell peppers, trim, cut in half, remove seeds, remove ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse leek, remove outer leaves, trim and cut into pieces.

Rinse and slice the star fruit.

Thread all the prepared ingredients alternately on skewers. Brush with sesame oil and grill on the preheated grill for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
