- Tuna skewers
- 300 grams Tuna (1.5 cm thick slices)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sherry
- ½ tsp sugar
- Bell pepper (per 1/2 red, yellow and green)
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Wooden skewers
- chopped Basil
- Herb yogurt
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps mixed, chopped Fresh herbs (basil, thyme)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, sherry and sugar in a shallow bowl. Add the tuna cubes and marinate for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. Rinse the bell peppers, trim, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into diamond shapes.

Remove the tuna from the marinade and pat dry.

Alternate on a skewer the tuna fish and bell peppers. Brush the tuna skewers lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook over medium heat for about 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with basil at the end. Serve with herb yogurt.
4.
For the herb yogurt, stir all the ingredients together and season.
