1 oz Baby spinach
½ Avocado
4 stalks fresh Fresh herbs (e.g. basil)
6 ozs Whole Wheat Toast (4 pieces)
3 ozs grated Mozzarella
salt
peppers
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp olive oil
How healthy are the main ingredients?

Preparation steps

1.

Wash the spinach and dab dry. Cut the avocado into slices.
 Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely.

2.

Cover 2 slices of bread one after the other with ¼ of the mozzarella, half of the avocado, half of the spinach, half of the herbs and then with the rest of the cheese.

3.

Season sandwiches with salt and pepper, finish with the remaining two slices of toast and press them together lightly.


4.

Rub a pan with garlic. Add the oil and fry the sandwiches in it over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
