- 1 slice dried Pineapple (about 1.5 ounces)
- 1 heaping teaspoon green Tea
- 1 slice fresh Pineapple (about 3 oz)
- Sweetener

Preparation steps

Crush dried pineapple finely in a mini chopper.

Add green tea to a small pot and pour in 1 cup of hot water. Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut fresh pineapple in half, cut into slices and cut half of the slices into very fine dice. Place in a cup and pour over the hot tea through a strainer. Add sweetener to taste and stir well.

Garnish with the remaining pineapple.
