- 350 grams mixed Lettuce (such as arugula, red oak leaf, lollo bionda)
- 1 handful Nasturtium
- 1 handful Nasturtium leaf
- 300 grams smoked Chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps Sunflower seed

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and spin lettuce dry. Tear into bite-sized pieces. Sort through nasturtium flowers and leaves.

Cut chicken into thin slices.

For the dressing: Whisk lemon juice with vinegar, honey, and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Arrange prepared salad ingredients on plates and drizzle with dressing. Serve sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
