Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and pluck the lettuce leaves into small pieces. Rinse the herbs and edible flowers if necessary and pat dry.

2.

Distribute together on plates. Make the dressing by mixing balsamic vinegar with the olive oil and season with salt and sugar. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
