- 1 Lettuce
- 1 handful Dandelion greens
- ½ bunch Radish
- 2 tablespoons White vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- freshly ground Pepper
- Dandelion flower (for garnishing)
Rinse and spin dry lettuce, tear into smaller pieces, if necessary. Rinse dandelions and pluck off leaves.
Rinse and dry radishes, cut into thin slices.
Whisk vinegar with oil and season with sugar, salt and pepper.
Combine lettuce, dandelions and radishes and drizzle with vinaigrette. Garnish with dandelion flowers and serve.
