- 250 grams Tagliatelle (green)
- 250 grams Tagliatelle (White)
- 100 grams cooked ham
- 200 grams Chanterelle
- ½ bunch parsley
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 1 tsp Pastry flour (heaping)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 generous pinch powdered Vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pappardelle according to package instructions (keeping colors separate) until al dente. Cut the ham into strips. Clean chanterelles and halve or quarter depending on size. Peel garlic and finely chop.
2.
Heat the clarified butter in a pan and sauté the chanterelles with the garlic and ham. Dust with flour and gredually stir in cream. Bring the sauce to a boil and season with salt, pepper and vegetable broth.
3.
Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Drain the pasta and portion half of each color on plates. Pour the sauce over the pappardelle, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
