¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
8 cups Chicken wing

Preparation steps

For the marinade, in a large bowl mix together the oil, honey, paprika, cayenne pepper and a little salt. Coat the chicken wings in the mixture, cover and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to marinate.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C in a fan oven), 375°F, gas 5 and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
3.
Place a grill rack on the baking tray and arrange the chicken wings on the rack. Drizzle over a little of the marinade and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and parsley if desired.
