½ tsp Coriander
1 tsp peppercorns
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
3 Tbsps fresh ginger (grated)
2 chili peppers (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps Lime juice
1 Tbsp honey
6 Tbsps olive oil
20 Chicken wing

Preparation steps

Crush the allspice berries, coriander seeds and the peppercorns in a mortar. Mix with the garlic, ginger, chillies, lime juice, honey and the olive oil and add the chicken wings. Cover and leave to marinate overnight in the fridge.
2.
Season the chicken wings with salt and barbecue for around 15 min, turning occasionally. Serve with a salad and a dip.
