- 500 grams Giblets
- 1 l water
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 bunch Soup vegetables
- 1 small onion
- 4 Tbsps butter
- 1 sour Apple
- 2 medium sized Banana
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- white peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the giblets. Bring the water to a boil. Add the giblets and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add the salt and chopped soup vegetables. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Remove the meat from the giblets. Strain the broth through a sieve.

Peel and chop the onion. Saute in hot butter until translucent. Sprinkle the flour in and saute briefly. Gradually stir in the broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Peel and finely grate the apple. Peel and mash 1 banana with a fork. Stir the meat, cream and grated apple into the soup. Cut the second banana into slices. Season the soup with lemon juice and pepper. Serve with banana slices and almonds.
