Kitchen utensils

1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Measuring cups, 2 Small pots, 1 mittelgroßer Pot, 1 Whisk, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Large knife

Preparation steps

1.
Wash the melons, cut a lid from each and scrape out the seeds. Carefully remove the flesh with a large spoon, leaving a thickness of approximately 5 mm around the inside of the melon. Dice the flesh and put into a bowl. Wash and hull the strawberries and cut into quarters. Add to the diced melon in the bowl. Wash the thyme, tear 2 sprigs into small pieces and mix into the melon and strawberry mixture. Add the apple juice. Sweeten with a little sugar if you wish.
2.
Divide the fruit and juice between the melon halves and fill up with sparkling wine. Serve garnished with strawberries, diced melon and a sprig of thyme.
