- 2 Oranges
- 1 Grapefruit
- 1 ripe Mango
- 1 Star fruit
- 3 Tbsps cane sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the lychees. Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel the orange and grapefruit with a sharp knife, remove the white skin and cut into slices. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the core and dice.

Rinse, dry and cut the star fruit into star-shaped slices. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Mix the fruit in a bowl. Heat the cane sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan with a litttle water until it has dissolved. Allow to cool slightly. Mix with the fruit. Serve in dessert bowls, decoratively sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.
