- 400 milliliters fresh pressed Orange juice (from 5-6 oranges)
- 100 milliliters fresh pressed lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
- 250 milliliters Carrot juice
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil

Peel the banana, coarsely chop, and add to the blender.
