400 grams fresh ripe Strawberries
600 milliliters Orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Lemon Cooler
700 milliliters Bitter Lemon
4 tablespoons Lime juice
1 fresh Lime (in slices)
1 tablespoon honey
2 sprigs mint

Preparation steps

For the Orange Mary rinse the strawberries, trim and puree with the orange juice, the honey and lemon juice. For the Lemon Cooler run the lime under hot water and cut into thin slices.

Rinse the mint and shake dry. Mix the bitter lemon with the lime juice, the lime slices, honey and mint leaves, let infuse briefly and serve both iced.
