1 Orange (juiced)

Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the chili. Trim the chili, then cut into pieces. Rinse, trim, and halve the gooseberries. Peel and dice the kiwis. Rinse and halve the apples. Remove the core and finely dice. Place all the prepared ingredients, the orange juice, and the sugar in a pot, and set aside for 30 minutes.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Rinse the cilantro, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. Add to the pot, and puree everything completely. Return to a boil, and pour into the prepared jars. Seal immediately, and cool completely.
