Preparation steps

1.

For the white cream, mix the yogurt with the mascarpone until smooth. Season to taste with powdered sugar and a little lime juice.

2.

For the green layer, peel and mash the kiwis. Sweeten with powdered sugar, to taste.

3.

For the yellow layer, peel the mango, core, cut, and also puree. Sweeten with Grand Marnier and powdered sugar.

4.

For the red layer, rinse and clean the strawberries and also puree. Pass through a sieve and mix with some powdered sugar and port wine.

5.

Layer the fruit purees and yogurt cream as desired in champagne glasses, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
