- ⅔ cup caster sugar (superfine)
- 3.333 cups frozen Berry (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
- ½ lemon (juice)
- To garnish
- 4 mint

1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Nutmeg grater, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 2 Pots, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Paper towel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve
Preparation steps
1.
Put the sugar into a pan with 200 ml water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Put the frozen berries into a blender with the sugar syrup and lemon juice.
3.
Blend until smooth.
4.
Mix well, transfer to a freezer-proof container and freeze. ( or put into an ice cream machine. )
5.
Freeze for 4 hours, stirring well every hour. (Or blend in an ice cream machine)
6.
Spoon the berry granita into glasses.
7.
Garnish with mint leaves.
