- 800 Tofu
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 200 grams Lettuce (such as oakleaf and arugula)
- 1 Zucchini
- 3 Tbsps light sesame oil
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds (for sprinkling)

Preparation steps
1.
Pat the tofu dry and cut into 12-16 thin slices. Place in a shallo dish and drizzle with the soy sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Rinse the lettuce and pluck leaves. Rinse the zucchini, cut int half lengthwise and slice into thin strips. Arrange the lettuce and zucchini decoratively on plates.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a non-stick skillet. Add the tofu and cook until golden on both sides.
In a bowl, whisk the remaining oil with the lime juice. Season with the sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the dressing over the salads. Arrange the tofu on top of the lettuce. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
