Preparation steps

1.

Place beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and flour each on separate deep plates. Cut cheese in 8-12 uniform pieces and cover each cheese cube in flour, then in egg and finally with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry in portions for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Let rest on paper towel and serve garnished with lemon zest.
