- 4 Bananas (Not too ripe)
- 40 grams Butter
- 1 can (400 ml) Coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 4 tablespoons Coconut cream (From dry powder mixed)
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- Mint leaf (for garnish)
Peel banana and cut into quarters. Heat butter in a pan and fry bananas from all sides until brown.
Arrange bananas on plates.
Mix coconut milk and coconut cream in a saucepan, add sugar and cook for 1 minute. Pour coconut sauce over bananas.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve garnished with mint.
