- 4 Linseed bread
- 1 ripe Mango
- 200 grams Quark
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp slivered almonds (toasted)
- 100 grams purple Grape
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Wash the grapes, halve and remove the seeds. Peel the mango, slice the flesh and cut 2/3 of the flesh into cubes. Transfer the remaining mango to a blender along with the cheese and sugar and season with cinnamon. Purée until smooth.

Halve the bread and bake at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 5 minutes, until toasted.

Spread the cheese over the bread, top with grapes, diced mango and almonds. Serve garnished with mint.
