- ½ cube Yeast about 21 grams (approximately 1 ounce)
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 kilogram Pastry flour (type 405)
- 2 Tbsps salt
- 2 Tbsps flaxseed
- Pastry flour (to work)
- vegetable oil (for the pan)
Preparation steps

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 700 ml of lukewarm water (approximately 3 cups). Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in the salt, flaxseed and yeast water, Process to a smooth dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 1 hour. Knead again on a floured surface for about 10 minutes. Form into 2 loaves and place them on an oiled baking sheet. Let rise again for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 225°C (approximately 440°F). Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. In the oven about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven, let cool and serve fresh with butter and salt to taste.
