2 slices Toast
4 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps lemon juice
3 Tbsps chopped parsley
salt

4 pcs thick fish fillets (each about 200 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Toast almonds roast in a dry pan until light brown. 

2.

Combine 50 grams (approximately 1.7 ounces) of almonds with toast and some salt, crumble in a food processor. Mix with remaining almonds, oil, lemon juice and parsley and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Brush fish fillets with a little oil, season with salt and pepper and grill on medium hot grill for about 3-4 minutes per side. 

4.

Arrange fish and almond sauce on plates, serve.
