4 fish fillets (ready to cook, skinless, such as cod, about 160 grams)

2 Tbsps lemon juice
150 grams ground almonds
40 grams melted butter
100 milliliters Orange juice
3 onions
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 sm can Saffron (0.1 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Toast almonds in a dry skillet until lightly browned. Remove from pan, let cool and mix with butter and 3 tablespoons of the orange juice. Peel and finely chop onions. Cook onions in 1 tablespoon oil until translucent. Mix in saffron and remaining orange juice. Pour mixture into a baking dish, place fish fillets on top and sprinkle with almond and butter mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes.
